Dr. Gordon Li, MD

Dr. Li is operating on my 43 yr. old sister tomorrow. She has a GBA tumor. We have no doubt that she is in the most amazing hands. Dr. Li has been exactly what everyone else says he isâ?¦compassionate, caring and very attentive. My family will never be able to thank him enough for the amazing care that he has given to my sister. All of the staff at Stanford have been amazing and we are grateful to all. We have so much confidence in him and we are hoping for the best. We know that he is going to do the best that he can do.

My 74-year-old husband was airlifted to Stanford from Visalia with a hemorraging cancerous brain tumor. The entire team was waiting for him when he landed around 7 PM. My daughter and I made the 5 hour drive late that night. My husband was operated on the next morning by Dr Mindea and Dr Li. We saw Dr Li every day and we credit their expertise in brain tumor removal for saving my husband's life. Not only did Dr Li remove all the tumor, he sat with me every day and listened to my weeping concerns for my husband. Dr Li is the most caring, compassionate doctor we've ever dealt with. Everyone we dealt with at Stanford was helpful, respectful, kind, and courteous to us out-of-towners. Dr Li continued to see us every day as we went through Cyberknife radiation, never giving me the impression he was in a hurry to be somewhere else. Thanks Dr Li for saving BOTH our lives.
