Gowri Gouda

Dr. Gowri Gouda is a board-certified adult psychiatrist who is passionate about helping individuals improve their mental health and overall well-being. She focuses on creating a welcoming, judgment-free space where patients feel understood, supported, and empowered to take an active role in their care. Her clinical interests include depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia and other psychotic disorders, trauma-related conditions, attention and concentration challenges in adults, sleep-related mental health concerns, and difficulties adjusting to life changes.
She earned her medical degree from the Burrell College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her psychiatry residency training at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in El Paso, gaining meaningful experience working with diverse adult patients and a wide range of clinical needs.
