She is a very caring dr takes time to hear you out.

I have a history of psych issues dating back to childhood and despite seeing many doctors I have never gotten treated as well and assessed so quickly and correctly as with Dr Huang. She caught onto my (previously undiagnosed) ADHD very quickly and actually has worked to treat my very resistant depression, anxiety, and PTSD. She's creative and clever and has finally gotten me on the right path to feeling better. Thanks to her I've gotten into therapy and have started on medications to help my conditions. And she has treated me with dignity, respect and kindness the whole time! Every other psych doc I have seen has still had that 'you crazy' or 'just suck it up' attitude, or tossed random RXes at me just to see what would happen. She actually has worked with me to find what works all while treating me like a good person who just has some messed up chemistry and some bad experiences vs a freak (looking at you docs at UPMC and Mercy Behavioral Health). She treats her patients like… they are part of a team working together with her to assess how things are working and listens closely to their experiences to find what might work for you. You won't be talked down to or have your problems minimized. I will continue to see her as long as I'm in Pittsburgh.

I find Dr. Huang a concerned therapist who answers your toughest questions. You always know she is listening.
