Worst experience with a doctor. She is incompetent, ignorant and dismissive. She denied me treatment because of lack of experience and made misleading and false statements. Will make an official complaint to the hospital.

I have been going to Dr Grace Lau for YEARS! She is absolutely one of the best Drs I have. She is friendly and caring. She is thorough and thoughtfull. She makes me feel completely at ease everytime I go and really listens to me. It feels like my best friend is taking care of me. I would change her for anyone else.

She was great! She answered my questions made me feel at ease, was very thorough with my examination. Wait time was maybe 5 minutes. Overall, great experience!

I read through so many of these reviews before my appointment, so I was naturally apprehensive and planning for the worst. After, I am truly surprised! I had a WONDERFUL experience with Dr. Lau. She put my mind at ease, she was professional, even funny! She was kind and calmed me down. I will be back to see her.

She's very impatient and doesn't take the time to listen to a patient. She is not nice with patient. She refused to answer my question. I can't believe how she treated me.

She is very thoughtful and caring. She listens and has never made me feel judged. Her follow up is incredible. She always makes me feel like I am the most important patient she has.

Horrible doctor! She works at a clinic for women with disabilities but appears to get very frustrated with disability issues that interferewith providing good GYN care. She's extremely impatient and doesn't take the time to listen to a patient specific needs.
