The staff have hung up on me when I call and I never saw the doctor. Unfortunately I had to choose a PCP and deeply regret ever giving my time or money to this office. They genuinely do not care about their patients.

WORST DOCTOR IN BROWNSVILLE I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR. SHE IS VERY UNETHICAL, NEEDS ACUTUAL EMPLOYEES CERTIFIED ON THEIR JOB. AND ALSO NEEDS EMPLOYEES THAT CAN SPEAK ENGLISH AND SPANISH FLUENTLY.

Dr. Leija goes the extra mile to make sure her patients get the care they need. I had no insurance when I consulted her a month ago. She found I had a tumor on my thyroid. She helped me get a government insurance so that I could get the care I desperately needed from specialists and hospitals. Thank you Dr. Leija!

I will recomend Dr Leija, I was having stomach pain and I went to a Gastro Dr I had an endoscopy done and he told me I had nothing everything was ok, i continued having problems i came to see her and she did some tests and she is the one who found out what the problem was. I strongly recomend Dr Leija to my family and friends I like the enviroment in her new office I like that when I call to schedule or reschedule my appointments I talk to Paty she is very nice and helpful, and I like that she speaks spanish and she came from Mexico.

Dr. Graciela Leija, MD needs more social skills and does not seem to be as skilled as other doctors in the valley.... It takes for ever to see her and you end up sitting in a exam room for 1+ waiting to see her....

Extremely unprofessional, did not want to listen to patients concerns, interrupted when asking her questions, refused to change patients medications when told that patient had adverse side effects, horrible bedside manners, waited in outside the building for 45 minutes before being called in (her waiting area seats 10 people and no a/c), spent 2 minutes with pateint on initial visit and seemed to be in a hurry to see next patient, hollered at her employees in front of patient, NEVER assessed patient or even touched pt (but I am sure she charged insurance as if she did). Basically not interested in what the patient has to say. I feel for the elderly that have her as their PCP, she probably scolds them as she does her employees. Bottom line will never recommend her or see her again. She really should be reported and treated for being Bipolar.

She is the most rudest doctor and uncaring person.she does not let patients explain or ask questions at all.lack of professionalism and sooo freaKing stupid.she thinks she is miss know it all.we got to go 2 visits only that took us 3 hours to get out from her office and WILL DEFINETLY CHANGE HER FROM BEING MY PRIMARY DOCTOR!!!!!

Mrs. Leija is the worst doctor I have ever experience in my life. She is very uncareing and rude, unprofessional, very hard to reach,filty offices, does not know or care if she gives you the wrong medication. All she cares about is charging medicare.

I will never go to her again and would never send my family to her either. First and foremost, I can't understand anything she says. She can't even form an English sentence. How can people come to this country to practice medicine in a hospital and NOT speak English is beyond me. I will NEVER AGAIN go to this woman. On top of everything else I just don't think she has the necessary expertise to accurately diagnose many problems. She diagnosed my problem incorrectly and it cost me another lost day from work to go to another doctor. At least this one spoke English.
