Dr. Gregg M Hallbauer, DO

I love the staff, PAs and Doctor Hallbauer. He was the first Doctor to get me treated for vertigo- which I had suffered with for years. I enjoy their online app for questions and answers are quickly relayed to the Doctor and the staff follows up. I have had not issues getting an appointment.

The Dr's that I have seen at Hallbauer's office have been helpful. The complaint and problem that I have is getting to talk to a person in the phone when trying to schuele an appointment. The automated phone system in this office is a complete failure. It tells you to leave a message and someone will call you back which 9 times out of ten never happens. Every now and then after multiple attemps and wasted time on hold only to be disconnected, and start the fustrating process all over again. The only reason I give the office staff 1 star is because its the only way that I can post this ever is. The PA's are quite good if you ever get to make and appointment. A day later and I'm still waiting on a call back from a call placed yesterday morning. Apparently no one ever takes the time to check the messages and return calls. Very unprofessional front office. My wife and I are changing doctors so that we can get the help we need in a timely manner. Did I mention the horrible PHONE SYSTEM and… FRONT OFFICE STAFF. 1st grade students could do better.

I had an excellent experience going to see Dr Hallbauer yesterday . I had been searching for a doctor at my wits end I stopped and prayed and asked God to take it from me and Dr Hallbauer kept popping up in my searches so exhausted from searching for two week I called and scheduled an appointment it was the best experience at a doctors office I have ever had ! Thank God he is always on time and answers our prayers

I have multiple friends that go to Dr. Hallbauer for their well care and illness so I thought I would go to him for my medical needs. I am so glad that I did. Dr. Hallbauer takes the needed time to figure out the best plan for your well being. Very conscientious Doctor and staff. I will continue to visit Dr. Hallbauer for a long time.
