Dr. Alberton has been a great doctor to deal with when it come to him or his PA. As for the staff who book appointment, I have never experienced such unprofessional rude treatment. The workman's comp scheduler, Jeanette, is not only rude but completely ignores your calls. She does not follow up with the adjuster without SEVERAL call from the patient and then gets mad at you for calling again. The rest of the phone staff is equally unproductive and have a strong attitude. They act as though they are doing me a favor when schooling an appointment that Dr. Alberton cancelled on me in the first place, if they worked at my office they would be fired.

Dr. Alberton is the best doctor I've ever had, regardless of specialization. He's a top notch hand surgeon. He truly cares about his patients. He is very thorough in explaining the what and why that your medical treatment needs to be, how it will be done, and what the prospective outcome will be. And, he is a champion for you, his patient. I've been a patient of his off and on over 3 years and love the man! The occupational therapists and all the other staff respect him and have great affection for him, as well.

Dr Alberton is awesome. He is very caring and takes time to fully diagnose his patients. He works with you on appointments and treatments.
