His beside manner for his patients is horrible. He acts like he's irritated when you ask questions. Excuse me for being bothersome.....

This so called Dr. Gregory Butler, ruined one my Mom's eyes!! He did surgery and left a foreign object in her eye, it left her with a droopy eye and her vision isn't good!!! I'm encouraging her to sue him!!!

There is no doubt that his doctor's hands are guided by GOD! He comforted my mind by explaining the procedure in detail. I always feel a spiritual presence when I enter his office. Who would expect such a presence to dwell in that area of Benning Road!!??

Dr Butler was very explanatory, and seemed to care about my concerns and questions. Staff was friendly and efficient as well. The wait, however, was over an hour from my appointment. It was early in the day, so it wasn't backlog or anything, they just seem to schedule more people than they can process on schedule. An unfortunately big problem with an otherwise great little ophthalmology office.

Very exceptional bedside manner. not only was he attentive to my medical needs and concerns he took the time and patience to listen. I highly recommend Dr. Bulter. Completely satisfied with the care he provided me.
