Dr. Gregory T Evangelista, MD

This doctor is a sad case and patients should be aware. We ended up going to one of the top leading hospital in the United States to prove that he was wrong. Sadly he will still be able to 'act' like he cares but please get a second opinion.

In my humble opinion this 'doctor' is nothing more than a "puffer". Make sure you ask for your visit notes as you will learn that this doctor says things in the the report that he NEVER discussed in the appt. It is sad that I only learned this as I asked for the office notes to be sent and then learned that he spoke of a conversation that simply did not happen. This is so sad as we looking for help and solutions not puffing.

I find Dr E to be The Most fantastic, competent, personable surgeon imaginable and definitely worth my ninety minute drive from Camp Verde AZ for appointments.

Lisa Robb is an outstanding asset to Dr. Evangelista. She truly cares about each patient and does everything possible to meet all their needs. She is definitely a mentor to all in the medical field. She performs her duties in an exemplary manner and makes the patient feel better when they speak with her as the patient knows she truly cares and will help them in any way possible.

Dr Evangelista is a first rate ortho surgeon. He is a master at his work. He surgically repaired a massive rotator cuff entirely via arthroscopy. Amazing. It's not an easy surgery or recovery but I needed to have it done. So happy with my results. Thank you. The office staff is amazing. Very organized and professional.
