Five stars for Dr and the staff but the wait times are horrendous. And the standby waiting time on phone call is just as bad. Also the app that the office has given me “you are blocked out” or something like that each time I try it. And last but not least, they need to include the location of the appointment when they send out the direct messages as reminders for appointments. I have gone to the wrong office three times. I hope whomever is the office manager addresses all these issues. It reflects badly on the good doctors and staff who are doing their best.

First appt he wasn't there.. 2nd appt I waited 1 hour for him to come in and look at MRI results. He said I was too old for operation which I agreed. There was no need for that second appt. They had my records.
