Dr. Gregory Raymond Lercel, MD

I was very upset with this doctor's lack of compassion. I am suffering with pain and it seemed during the visit (prior to that one visit I was always being seen by his assistant) it seemed as though he was trying to find excuses so he would not operate on me. He did not listen to what I had to stay and in a very rude way tried schooling me on what the happens when surgery is performed and the person is overweight.

I had a full knee replacement in 2008. After the surgery I lost feeling in my foot that has never returned. I lost 5 units of blood during surgery and have never fully recovered from the surgery. When I asked about my problems I got the same answer each time "Give it time it will get better." It never got better it got worse. It got so bad I just had full knee replacement surgery again to repair the knee put in by Dr. Lercel. I was in surgery 7 hours (the damage was that bad) and didn't lose any blood. My knee hasn't felt this good in 15 years. Unfortunately I still can't feel my foot. I am told this cannot be corrected.

staff is very rude and dr is short with you. spends very little time and doesn't explain why he is doing a treatment and gets annoyed very easy when answering questions.... as he is half way out the door.

DR. LERCEL IS A GREAT DR AND SURGEON. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH HIS SERVICE AND OFFICE STAFF. DEFINELTY RECOMMEND!!! :)
