I would never see this doctor again. He did not run any tests i asked for my symptoms. He ran one hour late!! he took 12 minutes to find a female chaperone to check my vaginal area . He did not spend any time with me or answer any of my questions. He also took more then one week to write up my follow up notes

This physician needs to be fired . Missed my pneumonia diagnosis by 3 full months. Each time stating I had a virus with no medical treatment. Saw this physician 52 times in the span of three months. Finally on the verge of death from pneumonia and passed out and taken to the ER where the Er physician did a chest x ray and figured out I had pneumonia. A chest x Ray that was badly needed for three months!!! To make matters worse I had to return to Dr. Phillips for antibiotics. The ones received in the ER did not rid of my infection because my infection was so bad . He prescribed an antibiotic called Levaquin that has left me severely disabled . I’ve been sick now for ten months following the course of the antibiotic. I had seizures following the second pill .its been ten months now and I have brain fog , total amnesia. Ten months passed and I can’t remember anything that’s happened , weakness and fatigue so bad I can’t walk to my mailbox and back , adrenal failure , tendon ruptured and… nerve pains. Stabbing burning sensations all over my body . Eyes blurry and ear nerves damaged leading to hearing loss . Brain confusion , and cognitive dysfunction. All because he failed to properly diagnose and failed to recognize the black box warning on the antibiotic. Clearly he does not keep up with any recent medical journals as he has no idea about anything , leaving me disabled age 32. Oh and if you don’t want creeper vibes don’t go to him. Inappropriate bed side manner . Steer clear ladies .
