He is a superb Doctor who always takes a lot of time for each patient. Very, very thorough and knowledgeable.

Dr Spencer cares so much about my eyes that I have excellent healthy eyesight almost 20/20 vision since he performed Cataract Surgery recently. I am fortunate to have Dr Spencer as my Ophthalmologist for over two decades. He is detailed oriented and continues to work with my Retina Specialist in providing great eye care for me and my spouse!

Dr. Spencer is an excellent eye doctor who is highly trained, extremely personable, and who cares for his patients. I highly recommend him.

Dr Spencer is very thorough ,explains all aspects and options of the procedure I will be having .He is very down to earth and easy to talk with , and I know that my Opthomologost Dr Jeffrey Luttrull would not have referred him to perform my procedure if he had any doubts in his abilities.I will share my opinion after my procedure is completed.

We weren't seen until almost 2 hours after our scheduled appointment. We drove over 10 miles to get there and then be asked if we'd like to reschedule, when it took a month to get the appointment we had! STOP double booking and respect your patients time !
