Very brief. Cold. No explanation of what he was doing during the exam. No explanation of home care. Didn’t acknowledge the X-rays that were taken in the office. Nothing uploaded to mychart so I can try to figure it out myself. No pain management offered for broken ankle and ligament damage. The only communication was him subtly shaming me for following urgent care instructions and telling me urgent care doesn’t know what they’re doing. All in all, very unfortunate experience.

Dr. Witkowski barely spoke during either of my appointments. He never asked routine questions about me to better understand me as a patient. Never asked how my foot was feeling. Never asked what measures I had already taken to modify my foot problem. He didn’t explain things clearly and I felt like I better not ask too many questions or he’ll get annoyed. He was cold and uncaring.

Dr. Witkowski barley talked to me during the appointment. My pain has been going on for going on four months and stated it was plantar fasciitis however; the pain is on the outside of my foot not in the middle. He gave me a boot and sent me on my way. Even if it was Plantar fasciitis he gave no direction for stretches, icing, etc. I found out by research myself. It addition, when I came back they did a second xray and then said they would send for mri however, waited to turn it in for approval the Friday after my appointment so they can add notes to the system for approval. The following week it got denied because there were no notes in the system to get approval. So again I waited for him to correct his mistake again.
