Excellent Medical Care!

I found Dr varlakiv to be a very nice man . LHe listened to my concerns and was wuite compassionate. I had been treated for 27 years by an assistant professor Dr in Gainesville and was quite concerned about finding another. He surely stands up to my expectations!

Had it not been for the condition of the eye we might have made progress, but it is what it is.

Very rude staff and very poor customer service. Sent my father home gasping for breath. Never filled his prescription and failed to give him a proper diagnoses. I would definitely consider looking else where if your looking for a Doctor that cares about his patients.

I like Dr. Varlakov; but shortly after I became a patient there I was dumped on a PA and then a Nurse Practitioner who are also nice; but I haven't seen the Dr. in over 2 years! While the staff is very nice there is a lack of coordination in service. Don't expect them to return a call - won't happen. I'm not happy with them and will be leaving very soon.

The doctor and the staff and the office are all excellent. Yes, I will definitely continue to use them.

I never got to see the doctor, could not get an appointment in a reasonable time. I needed an referal for an appointment with a Cardiologist and was told I would have to wait 2 weeks for an appointment. I made an appointment without a referal and paid for it without my insurance. All done...seems like I don't need Mr Volakov after all

I recently became a patient of Dr. Varlakov and appreciate his caring manner and his professionalism. He spends an adequate amount of time with me and explains fully any of my concerns and questions. I couldn't ask for more.
