Had knee surgery and it failed. Now need another one huh. Not here!!!!!

took great care of me and always answered my questions regarding treatment. Sad that my new insurance is not on his list.

Dr Guillem Gonzalez-Lomas, MD was very helpful and attentive. He recommended this arthroscopic hip surgery that consisted in repairing my labral tear in the cartilage and shaving off the head of the femor, which is called femoroplasty (surgery codes are 29914,29915,29916). I went in at 5pm and after some delays at the hospital the surgery lasted less than 2 hours and I was home in my bed by 2am that same night. The next day I had absolutely NO pain so I never had to take the pain medication I was given. I spent 2 weeks on crutches and then started walking. I am now in my 3rd month of recovery doing Physical Therapy and it is getting better every day, although slowly. The doctor said I should be back to normal within 3-4 months, which I am starting to doubt at this point, but I have to say it is already way better than before the surgery (every step hurt before, while now I can walk without pain and I am simply ranging the range of motion I have on my other leg). I would highly… recommend this doctor for this type of surgery.

One of the best doctors I've seen. He explained my knee injury to me, spent time talking about how to manage it, and did a thorough exam. It was a great visit. I highly recommend!

Dr Lomas did my daughters acl repair, I highly recommend him. He is an excellent surgeon, kind,caring and made you feel comfortable . We spoke to him at length about the injury, the surgical procedure and recovery." He spent a lot of time with us, he directly answered our calls and was very compassionate. Her surgery went very well I feel because of his expertise, her recovery was excellent. She returned to sports in the exact time he predicted. I have worked in the medical field for over 30 years and believe me he is a special doctor. Ps .. Very easy on the eyes.

I recently had left shoulder Arthroscopic surgery by Dr. Lomas...Indeed he is a gentlemen and exceptional surgeon. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs his medical expertise. He is a great listener and caring doctor..
