Dr. Santos has a great bedside manner and takes time with his patients to discuss all concerns. He does not make you feel like he is in a rush and reviews all aspects of your health including giving you alternatives to traditional medicines, like herbal remedies and lifestyle changes. He is a caring doctor that evaluates you in a holistic manner and makes you feel comfortable and important.

I was referred for surgery. Surgery went well and was successful.

I was never able to actually see the doctors because I couldn't get passed the ridiculous "registration" packet they make you fill out prior to making an appointment (you must both pick up and drop off this packet). This office insists on obtaining your credit card information for their records so they can bill you after they've received payment from the insurance or charge you $100 for an appointment not cancelled within 24 hours. The first page of this packet does guarantee same day or next day appointments once the packet is complete, but the first appointment I was offered was a week away (partly because the doctors were taking some days off). This office is a large scam. Please take yourself and your family to a doctor who cares, there are plenty all over Miami.

I dont recommend Dr Santos.The staff is horrible, worst customer service ever and Dr Santos does not like to get feedback from his patients.
