Worse place to be treated . The staff here are beyond rude . Blames each other as well as argues in front of patients . Unprofessional to say the least . Have been given wrong doses of medication numerous times . With you report the mistake , they blame the patient .or argue with patient over the medication . Save yourself the headache and find yourself a better more caring office .

This Office has the rudest staff , starting with the front desk , moving onto the MA , as well as a Dr. that sat naps while with patients. The PCP is no better , sets appointments for you and when you go back for such appointment ,ask what are you here for . Office is dirty . Last appointment was set by the Hospital after being in hospital , they never requested records , and said it was my responsibility to have them . Please excuse me but your the Dr. you should have requested the records not the patient . Poor excuse of a Dr. Office .

The staff in this office is quite incompetent. They have been rude, condescending, and derelict in their duties. We have been given the wrong prescriptions, given wrong information, had a receptionist yell at you in the lobby for being 5 minutes late, then made to wait an hour and a half to see the doctor. 15 people in waiting room have the same appointment time, unable to get your referrals, you rarely get through on the phones, no-one answers the voice mails or text messages. There is always turn over in staff, The doctor doesn't seem to care about how his office is being run. To many patients, and a staff that doesn't seem to know how to do their jobs.

Would recommend Dr. Zegarra to friends and family. The staff is courteous and caring.
