Dr. Gul Bahtiyar, MD

The support staff at 14th st medical arts center were phenomenal as always. However, my second visit with Dr. Bahtiyar, Endocrinologist, this time as an emergency visit, was worse than the first. Which is saying a lot. She gave no real care or guidance to my concerns or ways to assist me in my newfound diagnosis with diabetes and hypertension. Other than to forget who I was and to constantly direct me and I quote, "Here's a website I like, take a screenshot, and check it out later." I learned more about my diabetes from webMD than I did from my Endocrinologist. This experience has left a terrible taste in my mouth and I will not be seeing Dr. Bahtiyar ever again. Sadly, my real concern is for all those patients who will see her after me and walk away with no options or information to help them through this now lifelong struggle.
