Missed an obvious diagnosis of a blood clot in the leg because she did not do a physical examination. She is not good with elderly patients because she does not have active listening skills. Patient suffered with unnecessary pain for another day and had to seek medical care from an urgent care facility the next day.

I came to have Dr. Masood in charge of my care when another doctor had to end her practice. I did not know Dr M at all at the time, but have been thankful for her these last 2.5 years. She has seen me often following some surgeries and now cares for my husband as well.
