Awful place. Where do I begin... Once they call you. You enter a small dirty and crowded room for your checking. You can hear everything the other patient is saying and see them since it's divided by a half way closed curtain. They can also hear your concerns without any sense of privacy. Urine sample in given with a drinking small open cup, no lid, and my name was horribly misspelled. No alcohol to first wipe before the sample you give, which is the protocol. My blood pressure was taken in an old machine and inappropriately. It's as if there is no training. I met her once, and what is written is true. Total lack of empathy, rude, no explanations, rushed, and dismissive. Everything is done rushed, like you're a cow in the assembly line. Bothering her or the nurse. They don't tell you that medicine is ordered in the building pharmacy, so I almost went to the pharmacy written in my chart which is another city. Front desk doesn't take the time to explain or speak to you. There is no… communication as to what is happening and when you speak to them to clarify, they rush you. The only person who appeared to have a clean area and know what she was doing was the lady withdrawing blood. This place is disorganized and overall has no soul or care. If you can, look elsewhere.

I wanna thank you Dr. Allen and your team for delivering my baby boy. Everyone took very good care of me and my baby and we appreciate it. And I also want to thank everyone in the NICU department as well as the hospital's social worker. I'm currently in a program called New Way of Life in Long Beach for mothers and children. You walk in to a very dirty building. The front desk women are very rude. You wait for about 45 minutes to an hour to be called, mind you Dr. Allen is not there so you will always be seen by a nurse practitioner. For your anual Check up they do it so fast that they leave the items in the silver tray the little bottle is left open and the little long thin jar is left open with your testing inside (what they swab you with) it has no patient informs around. They get up and are halfway out the door and say results will be mailed to you.. what the hell. I’ve seen Dr. Allen once her bed side manner was awful.. please don’t get fooled by her website. She has no compassion for her patients her front office people as well. And you will never get a call back and you will always wait for a referral , Authorization because they don’t care and u need to be calling them. There’s no compassion for the human being. Please look somewhere else do your homework, check yelp and other forms and get… knowledge before coming here. I ended up changing OB because it’s ridiculous here you fall in the cracks and they definitely don’t care .. it’s all about dollar signs .

She is the reason someone i heard about was not taken care of i would not recommend her at all.??????????????????

They treated me like i didnt know what i was talking about also didnt bother to do the correct test for me. They neglected me all around if something goes wrong with my health im holding them accountable for it.

I lost my pregnancy at 31 weeks. She didn't come to the hospital for the delivery and she gave no further Instructions for my release. She left me on the labor and delivery floor for two days. When I finally met with her she scolded me for stating fack surrounding my experience. She never even said sorry for your loss.

Found out I was pregnant, and schedule an appointment with Dr. Allen after all her reviews said amazing things. FROM WALKING INTO THE BUILDING IT WAS FILTHY. Walked in the office, over 20 women waiting to be seen, didn’t even have anywhere to sit. Receptionist didn’t acknowledge me, was on the phone. Stood there for 5 minutes before she told whoever she was on the phone with to hold. Stood for 10 minutes before a seat was available. My appointment was at 3:30pm. It’s 3:54pm and a nurse made an announcement that Dr. Allen was not in the office, and if you are waiting for her you have to reschedule or wait for a nurse practitioner to help you (but she’s backed up too). I mean c’mon... I was told I had an appointment with Dr. Allen, paid a $30.00 copay to be told she’s not in the office. Do Not recommend this office to anyone. Terrible business. Terrible Staffs. A doctor that is not even here.

She came recommended by my primary because I’m high risk and she has taken every safety precaution to make sure that me and my baby are doing good...

It's was a okay visit ,Dr Allen was out of town but the person that fill in for her was very nice to me .. she made me laugh. .... I have another visit soon ,can't wait!!
