Dr. Haideh Mirmesdagh, MD

The front desk is not easy to communicate with. The first thing when you are making an appointment is communication . I would give 1 star only becsuse of the front desk being so rude. Dr mir is the best Dr over there and unfortunately she is limiting her practice.

New staff is rude and horrible and I believe the two people there are an item because they are very unprofessional when it’s just them and could care less if patients are in the waiting area

Dr.Mir has been my psychiatrist for the past 5 years and has always been very professional and helpful. I am seeing her Physican assistant ,Mr. Smith from time to time and I have been treated very well by him.He is very knowledgeable and caring. I highly recommend them. The staff is wonderful and they always try to help.

have been their patient for over 4 years with a great experience. I usually do not recommend my doctors to friends or family. But I know it is not easy to find a good caring psychiatrist, that's why I referred Dr. Mir to couple of my friends and family members who needed help . All I can say is that they all thanked me for sending them to this clinic and are very happy with having her as a physician. The front desk staff is very kind and knowledgeable and supportive and prompt. I always get 2 emails and even one call directly from staff to remind me about my appointments. Dr. Mir is very caring and approachable and listens to my concerns.She involves me in my treatment and explains the medications in detail and why she chooses one medication versus the others. I am very satisfied with them and I highly recommend this clinic.

I waited 45 minutes to see Dr. Mir and was out in less than 2 minutes! All she did was ask what medication I was taking and then upped my dosage without even asking what was going on with me previously. Would not recommend her to anyone!

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Mirmesdagh. this was my first visit with her and she could not have been more kind. She took her time and actually listened which is something you do not often get anymore. Her office staff were sweet and efficient and whisked me through the whole process. I would highly recommend Dr. Mirmesdagh to anyone that was nervous about seeing a new doctor.

This is the most rushed, impersonal, and unprofessional medical practice I've ever visited. During my first visit, I arrived 30 minutes early with my paperwork already completed and still waited almost 45 minutes past my appointment time. Dr. Mir talked to me for about 10 minutes and then told me I didn't "look depressed." She then asked for my pharmacy of choice so she could call in a prescription for me without even explaining what I'd be taking or what her diagnosis was. Upon my return visit 2 weeks later, I was again made to wait for almost an hour, despite arriving 15 minutes early. The doctor stepped out to run an errand at 1:35. My appointment was supposed to be at 1:30. She finally saw me at almost 2:00, and the first thing she did was ask if I had been there before. She had no idea who I was, why I was there, etc. She spent the entire time reading my chart to get caught up then asked if I was sleeping okay and if I had noticed any side effects. I said no and she told me to… come back in 2 weeks (yet another $40 copay for a 5 minute appointment). We returned to the waiting room where she told me to have a seat and the receptionist would call me up to set up my next appointment. She then turned around and called "Ashley" for her next appointment and her receptionist had to inform her that she just saw me (my name is Ashley). She went back into her office, and I sat there for 15 minutes before finally walking up and asking the receptionist if she had forgotten to call me up. She said, "Oh, I didn't know you were waiting. What's your name?" Never again. Worst experience with a doctor ever in my entire life. They obviously don't need patients if they feel good placing so little value on our time, money, and trust.
