Front office staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional. No phone skills , no people skills, no office skills period. Ridiculous!

From front desk to back office, to doctor. AWFUL. Unprofessional, Rude, money hungry scammers!!!! AWFUL.

Seems nice at first.then behaves with short attention and patience when asked about medical diagnosis after a year.doesnt take responsibility for prescriptions outcomes. Does not listen. I agree with other reviews about retaliation. You just cant have that in the medical profession or you won’t have any patients left.

I have heard about this doctor for quiet some time. It seems he is more interested in making money. He likes to send big bills to Medicaid and Medicare by diagnosing money making diseases. He is very rich and lives in Clear Lake. Someone should check his finances.

Staff behind the glass has poor to no customer services skills. When people walk in they do not notice and there is a note on the window that states DO NOT TAP ON GLASS. Patients do not want to stand there at the window waiting until the staff behind the glass decides to open the window to ask what they need.

Might be good for writing prescriptions and dealing with minor cold flu type sickness.I will not refer this doctor.He would not refer me to a specialist and a year later i found out I was having anaphylaxis;I kept getting hospitalized.I have multiple allergies and this doctor wanted to diagnose me with anxiety! Not caring especially for female health and wellness.I never will appreciate any doctor who blames a patient for ill health.

Defiantly does not listen well to you. Seems to have little concern about your over all health. Knowledge is very poor.Don't explain any test results too you. His manner and professionalism is verypoor.

I Asked to see another Doctor because , he did not say much,and didn't even examine me. He would just go by what I was saying. He did not explain the results of test ordered by him or anything else.

Does not listen well to you,has no concern how you are feeling at the time of visit.
