Dr. Hajar I. Ayoub

I see UT urologist Dr. Ayoub . I keep having the worst experience at this Dr. The staff and Dr. are both very unprofessional and unorganized. To start I was referred to urologist because of my frequent UTI’s which are common with my illness (Spinal Cord Injury) After waiting 2 months for an appointment I finally get one for Jan.2021. I waited for the Dr. for 2 hours she come in for 10 MAX tell me I need a bunch of procedures then leave. I informed her that I have a UTI now ! She did not take my urine but made a slick remark that nobody could handle my issue because they weren’t her (the urologist). Leave out they dont validate so I pay $17 for parking!! Fast forward today Get allllll the way there 30 miles ! Get transferred on the chair by my mom because I’m paralyzed. Just so they can tell me they can’t do the procedure cuz I had an infection. DUH , I told Dr. Urologist this last month. But she would have known I had an infection if she order an culture of urine instead of a bunch… of frivolous high racking insurance costs. I paid thousand of dollars to see her face for 10mins. Then I was left high in the air alone with no support (fall risk) for over 45 mIns. I was not apologized to nor did my ticket validate. I paid $12 for nothing again. Her bedside manner sucks. I will be taking this complaint up as far as I can take it.
