Beware of the billing department. The doctor and staff and good. The billing department did not post a payment. I called repeatedly, can only leave a voicemail and someone will get back in about 5 days. NO ONE ever calls back. The electronic bill pay showed the whole payment paid through my bank, they only applied part of it. I then called again and emailed with proof, as usual NO ONE gets back. Be very mindful whenever you get a bill from this company as not sure if it was an actual human error or if someone is pocketing the funds because NO ONE will ever call back.

First Doctor who actually listen to me, diagnosed and started me on a medication that controlled some of my pain

This idiot has never seen me. He does not even practice in my area (Ft. Myers, FL Lee County), yet Florida Blue uses him to give his "opinion" on whether I should get a MRI of my spine, which my doctor wants done. Based solely on his "opinion" Florida Blue denied me the coverage because he thought I did not need the procedure (keep in mind he has not even ever met me). I have the top of the line medical plan with Florida Blue and they had already approved the MRI. I don't understand how this doctor who has never met me can formulate such an opinion and why Florida Blue would uphold his opinion over my doctor's. Because of idiots like this, people suffer and die. Apparently Florida Blue has not reviewed the comments on his profile. If I could I would give him a minus rating, but one does not have that option on this web site.

Dedication to his patients, staff and pratice is highly noticable. More space needed for comments.

After several falls and finally a fall that sent me to the ER, I needed answers. I was also having memory problems and I'm only 55. After MANY office visits and tests, he told me I had carpal tunnel in both hands and that I definitely have memory and balance problems. OK now what! He sent me on my way to a dr. for my carpal tunnel and didn't even address what to do about my memory and balance issues. After that fiasco I found a dr. that is actually helping me with my balance and memory problems!

Wy wife stopped seeing him about 5 years ago due to the staff being very rude. He would also change my wife's perscriptions every other month to try and get a handle on her pain. I appreciated the efforts but he would always tell us to check with the pharmicist about the meds that he was perscribing and we could not keep up with the somewhat chaotic way that he was operating. It seemed that he did not give the meds a chance to work before he would change them. But it was the staff that made us leave that office.

This Idiot told me to get a carpa tunnel surgery then when I had a problem with the surgery told me to go find another Dr. He also yells at his staff in front of patients, doesn't spend enough time with patients will make you wait if he hasn't eaten lunch. Jetta the office manager is very rude and cusses and has a rude tone when she talks to the patients on phone or in person she also cussed me out for her messing up on sending in a refill then blamed my pharmacy come to find out they did mess up and my pharmacy did everything right, This lady is very disrespectful and I won't be going here anymore They won't treat people with STDS either they said people with aids and hep c deserve what they get not in so many words but was said that way

this doctor only cares about running up your insurance bill.. He had all the information on me with my MRI's but he wanted more test done.. 2 visits he charged my insurance over 2,000.00. I walked out of his office and never went back. His office staff is loud and uncaring and the doctor will not listen to his patients.. I would not send anyone to him.

I have been going to Dr. T for about 1 year and he has been very attentive as to my pain management. He does seem to rush a bit doing his normal examine but he does take as much time as you need to explain any new symptoms or concerns. He does have a very matter of fact personality but I am sure in his profession you have to or people will try to "persuade" him to make a diagnosis and he is going to make absolutely sure you are physically in need of pain meds before he will prescribe them. He doesn't just give out meds he tries to find other ways for me to manage pain and try other specialist to see if they can help to do anything to fix my problem. What a doctor should do. Who wants to live on pain meds the rest of their life....not me. I think the staff is very friendly for as fast paced as the office is.

Dr Tobias has been my neurologist for several years. He's highly qualified and genuinely cares about me. I have sent my family members and friends to him and they all think he is a very good doctor.
