Keep looking - rude, dismissive, disrespectful misogynist. 1 hour 30 minutes late to the appointment. Didn't review information before coming in and had to leave to go review it. He was then verbally abusive after politely asking to finish my question. Particularly if you're female, pick a different doctor. You will not get acceptable healthcare from this terrible doctor and worse human. I am filing a formal complaint with both Eisenhower and the medical board.

Dr. Hamid R Salari-Namin is excellent!! He is very thorough and compassionate. He is the best as far as we're concerned.

He is not warm and fuzzy, but I understand he is a great practitioner

The whole visit lasted about one or two minutes, after waiting 1.5 hours for my appointment with no apology. Dr. Salari didn’t listen to a word I said, then when I asked him to please sit down and listen to me, he discriminated against me and sarcastically made fun of my medical condition. The second he insulted me I stormed out and called him an a-hole, which he is. What he said to me was personal and not related to my medical symptoms. What he did to me is called patient profiling. He also said that fainting and convulsing was not neurological, and never examined me and never asked me any questions about my symptoms. Total waste of time, total quack!

This doctor uses vulgrar language and does not know he job well. He should never be near a patient. When I tried to leave his exam room due to his behavior, he blocked me from getting the door. I should have had him arrested. Please never see this doctor.

I strongly recommend that you see another Doctor. While he might be a good surgeon, however after care seems to be lacking. He is a very angry person i feel (Dr Jeckle Mr. Hyde).cannot talk to him he will not listen and prejudges you prior to entering the room. I felt belittled and embarrassed, my advise go elsewhere and find a doctor with a better attitude and demeanor.

Old adage holds true here. If it acts like a duck, sounds like a duck, talk like a duck then is a duck. Total crap doctor. Have hired an attorney to sue him and the entire Eisenhower Neurological Institute. STAY AWAY. He is rude, uncaring about chronic issues, and consistently misdiagnoses issues. Take the lazy way our of almost any situation instead of using is supposed credentials to diagnosis and work with patients.

Keri, his nurse is quite efficient, personable and thoughtful. I have seen Dr. Salari for a number of years and he has been helpful in treating my experience with Bell's Palsy as well as some Stroke conditions I have experienced. He is complete in his examinations and encouraging in giving me advice for my treatments. THANKS

We had 9:45 appt. Dr rolls in 10:15, staff is nice but go to a dr that. Cares about his pt time

I found his manner to be abrupt, dismissive, and bordering on rude. I did not receive much helpful information. I understand that he has a good reputation for acute problems, but I don't think he has much interest in, or patience for, cronic issues.
