The office manager Lashe S. was very unprofessional and rude.

I am a Baltimore based primary care physician knowing Dr. Sohn for about 15 years. Looking for his address I stumbled upon some upsetting ratings which are simply not true. Sick and nervous patients, along with their family members , can easily and unknowingly change facts when upset, especially with bad news. Dr. Han Sohn is the only ENT specialist I send for help with my patients, family, and friends. He is caring, compassionate, has excellent knowledge, and immense experience. His jovial manner to ease a person's anxiety could easily be misinterpreted. I know this because it has happened to me and my partners. Let us not forget to also mention his ability as an excellent surgeon; I know this because I am an active patient as well. Thank you Dr. Sohn

They always are concerned about their patients and make every effort to schedule an appointment timely even when they are busy. We have recommended this doctor to many.

I made an appointment here weeks ago. In all that time, not one of his staff members who schedule appointments bothered to say, you need a referral. I usually don’t with my insurance. Then I remembered, years ago taking my daughter to him and not getting much help either. Really glad I am not being seen by him and that I do not have to deal with the awful staff members who sit at the front desk. Do yourself a favor, and don’t waste your time going here.

Very poor bedside manner. He actually laughed at my boyfriend when he expressed pain while he was shoving cotton into his very inflamed sinus cavity. He did not give proper pain medication for a procedure and it had to be cut short due to the immense pain. Would not recommend him.
