Dr. Hannah Michaele Huddleston, MD

I wouldn't recommend going here, and, I realize now, that after calling a few other derms in the area, I should have gone with one that had a long wait period (most others were at least a month out) and I should have seen that as a sign to not go here when I could get an appointment the next day. When making my appointment, I listed the things I wanted looked at - 5 separate small things, either skin tags, dry spots, an ingrown hair scar, etc. When the nurse came in to talk with me before my appointment, I explained all 5 items to her, and she stated, rudely, "pick 3". I said excuse me? She said, pick 3, you need to make another appointment for the others. I should have left right then, but I didn't. I picked 3. When the doctor came in, I started going over the items, she was okay, told me one scar couldn't be removed, but she could inject it with a steroid to lighten it. I said ok. We then discussed the other 2 items, one of which she burned off, the other a skin tag that I could… have cut off for an additional $60. I said okay. She then burned off the growth on my arm, and said Ok, the nurse will take care of the skin tag and left. She did not inject the scar with anything. She did not get a bandaid for the area just burned. nothing. the nurse then cut off the skin tag, which was left bleeding. She did not tell me how to care for either item until I asked, and then told me to get dressed and left. When I got home I had a huge blood stain on my jeans, thank you nurse, for not giving me a bandaid. I thought the attitude and treatment at this facility was horrendous, I would never return, and would never, ever, recommend someone else go there. I will be making an appointment with another doctor in town to go over the rest of the items that should have been seen by the doctor today. I am not sure if it is a money thing - but she was in the room probably less than 3 minutes. Hardly worth it. I say, keep looking.

I would highly recommend Dr. Huddleston(and have done so several times). She is very courteous and knowledgable and spends more than adequate time with you. She never makes you feel like she is rushing. My daughter also really liked her. Dr. Huddleston offered us to call with any questions or concerns that we might have and when we did she never gave the impression that we were intruding on her time. She is a great person as well as a physician.
