had an appointment with Dr. Trivedi for tag removal. I mentioned to the doctor that I have some tags around the armpit. she never asked me to take my shirt off or change into a gown but she left my shirt up and said she can see them. When I went home, I found a big tag that is absolutely visible the doctor didn't remove. I called them back and the nurse, Ashley I believe was not nice to me at all. She wants me to come back to get this only one tag left removed for the price of a whole session, which was more than 10 tags removed. She said it's not our fault we didn't see it because you didn't take your shirt off. I mentioned that no one asked me to take it off and I don't know how they run their sessions. She said that she doesn't want to continue the conversation and the only way to get it removed is to take a new appointment and pay the price for the whole session Which I refused to do. I am very disappointed with them and with their excuses that I didn't take my shirt off. NEVER… recommend them to anyone.
