Dear Dr. Harish Dave, After suffering from acute bronchitis and sharing important information that has, and has not worked for me, you, without any further explanation, refused to prescribe a prescription that has been prescribed in the past, and that has worked (note, this illness happens every ~ two years). And, I completely understand that given the current climate your hesitation to prescribe a narcotic; however, given that you have this documentation in my file, you see what has been prescribed in the past, you know the medications that I've taken that haven't been effective, and you appear to dismiss the data in front of you, and it has been at the expense of my comfort and health. I will refuse to go to this Patient First clinic, especially, solicit any medical care from Dr. Harish Dave, and hope that any patient think twice about receiving care here.
