Ater waiting hours, I was told the doctor would see me. In his office I tried to explain my problem and show him some documents. He was not paying attention, didn't look at my documents and then told me to go outside and wait. After about 45 minutes I just left. I received a text from my pharmacy stating I had 2 prescriptions ready from Dr. Patel. One for Celebrex and another for vitamin B6. How does a doctor write 2 Rx's without talking or examining a patient? I refused both Rx's. Unbelievable!

Where do I even begin. This doctor (Dr Patel, first visit didn’t even do what was written in detail on the order sent from requesting doctor. 3 weeks later and daily phone calls atttwmoting to reschedule after the requesting physician called and SPOKE TO HIM PERSONALLY with us in the office, we finally gave up trying to call for an appointment drove 45min to schedule in person since his little assistants like to be on their phone taking photos in the front office finally got a appointment I PERSONALLY wrote down everything that needed to be done. Second appt we go today and they simply take his vitals and tell us we don’t know what we’re suppose to do we will have to reschedule. Your office, your MA’s and your assistants are all completely and utterly STUPID. I’ve added to their numerous of grievances your office has received recently, and I also requested for a stop payment thru insurance since you didn’t even perform the proper test. I am in the medical field myself and I will be… sure to make it known to not refer anyone to your office anymore from ours, nor bayfront hospital where I work.

If you need good care find a MD who doesn't just sit behind his desk. Intake person didn't introduce herself or have name badge. Have no idea of her level of knowledge. Takes down what meds you take. Next you sit in the hall till your name call and you go into his office where he sits behind his desk. Talks to you for less then 5 mintues looks at his notes and tells you to return in a month.

Dr H Patel is a very rude Dr We couldn’t hardly understand him He rushes you out of his office I would not recommend him

Worst Doctor ever: If you want to wait 2 hours in a filthy waiting room (while insurance people interrupt EKG in process), get to see the doctor for 5 minutes and if you ask a question~Dr. Patel gets angry:refuses to go over MTI, EKG results: "Just take these pills": No explanation. Dr. Patel should have his license withdrawn.

He prescribed me five medications after only seeing me for five minutes. Three of them were controlled substances. He literally had his next patient waiting at his open office door, so I couldn't ask questions without feeling pressured to leave. When I told him I wasn't taking one of the medications he'd prescribed for headaches (I don't have a problem with headaches), he flipped out and yelled at me and accused me of using him to get controlled substances. This is the most unprofessional doctor I've ever had and I wouldn't hesitate to call him a quack. I hope he loses his license. This man is dangerous.

I have never seen such a strange doctor! He was VERY non-caring, not very communicative, and just glanced at my very long medical history. Then he tells me to go sit out in the waiting room and I had already waited over 2 hours to begin with! So I waited for yet another 30 minutes until he comes out of his office again and hands me several scripts for a bunch of different tests, and then scripts for 4 different medications. Then not a word more. To top it all off, his office was anything but clean and then they had these repairmen going in and out the door several times. That too was odd. I don't think I will go back. My last neurologist was so much better and very friendly. Too bad she had to retire!

All you get is prescription for anti depressants.

when i went to see dr patel, he prescribed numerous tests to be done at his office. He prescribed various pills all at one time. Did not want to give you the time of day when asking about results.one star

His diagnosis for anyone and everyone was depression and he gave out anxiety medicines at my family party. Alprazolam or Zanax are easy to find with his family.He likes to show off that he is a neurologist but he wouldn't pass a test.
