Dr. Felter -- Rusty -- is the perfect combination of a doctor who both knows his stuff, but who is a normal, approachable guy. Very good bedside manner.

Dr. Felter always takes the time to explain the results of lab texts and his examinations. If he feels additional testing is needed he explains why they are needed and how they will help him to better manage my coronary health.

Doctor Harold Felter has been a dear friend and my physician for over thirty-four years.He is always attentive and never rushes to get to his next patient. When medical problems arise he is always available and I always know he will take excellent care of me or any member of my family.

Dr. Felter is very thorough, kind and understanding. He took the time to listen and sort through my symptoms. The plan of care is clear, realistic and achievable. I sometimes have trouble following through with my health but with a good doctor it looks like I am this time! Leonor, the MA is very helpful and caters to each patient as if they are her family. Great duo, great team! I highly recommend this practice!
