Kind, Caring and diagnosed my migraines

Less than 5 minutes waiting time. Always concerned and thorough. Spends almost 1/2 hour at each visit. He always calls when I have questions. I have been to other neurologist but none have be as considerate or caring!! He doesn't take any insurance but the quality is outstanding and well worth every penny.

I have been a patient of Dr. Friend's for 5 years. I feel like he has become part of my family. He is always available when I need him and is very easy to get in touch with when I have a problem. He is caring and a very concerned doctor. His staff is excellent and I could go on and on about how happy I am that I found Dr. Friend to rely on.

When I made the phone call, there was availability within the same week. When I arrived the waiting time was no more than 15 minutes. Dr. Friend spent an enormous amount of time with me explaining my illness and options. He was extremely knowledgable about treatments and new studies being performed on stem cell therapy on neurological diseases.

I had seen 2 orthopedists and 2 neurologists before him and none spent the time with me that he did. He actually examined me and seemed interested. He was able to set up a plan to treat me that seemed reasonable. Then he called a few days after my injection to check on me. Very nice!

What a difference he made in my life. He was able to diagnose my condition and start me on a treatment when my other neurologist only wanted to run expensive tests and never gave me any time.

Spent twice the time with me as my prior neurologist. Waiting room was beautiful with food but I only had to wait 4 minutes before I was called. Called himself with my results.

He's friendly, but horrible on follow-up and not very meticulous. Avoid.
