Dr. Harriet Kang, MD

My daughter has developed migraines and is also suffering from severe anxiety and depression. Dr. Kang not only was unwilling to discuss potential drug interactions but was also disregardful of my daughter's anxiety by not listening to her during the exam and consultation process. She also regularly made us wait 1 1/2 hours or more for our appointment time.

Although Dr Kang saw my son a long time ago, she is forever in my thoughts. My son had Down syndrome and a seizure disorder,infantile spasms. Local doctors gave me no hope at all. I will never forget Dr Kang's kind,compassionate care.In only week of treatment my son stopped having seizures and will soon be 25 years old...seizure free all this time. He is a happy productive young adult thanks to Dr Kang.

Three generations of my family, including myself, have been treated by Dr.Kang...She is extremely kind and caring while simultaneously being as professional and skilled as they come...My family has seen her for everything from autism to epilepsy (her specialty). Her training (John's Hopkins) is top-drawer, as are her diagnostic and treatment skills. However, her greatest asset is her ability to make her patients and their families feel completely at ease, even when delivering difficult information, while also providing them expert care and treatment planning. Yes, you have to wait awhile to get an appointment and yes you will wait in the office for awhile to see her, but only because she is so caring and thorough. I have referred numerous friends to her over the years and all have thanked me profusely for doing so. If you are in need of a pediatric neurologist, you could NOT put your child in better hands.
