Very impressed with their professionalism and service. The place is nice and they make you feel comfortable right at the reception. The front office and treatment room were clean and neat. They treated me with compassion and care.

I've been a patient of Dr. Harry Balian for 7 years, unfortunately his office's lack of professionalism is unsettling and disgusting, and getting worse by the day. Their arrogance and lack of common sense has put my life in danger several times over. Three months after yet another unsuccessful heart procedure, I have yet to see the doctor despite several attempts & appointments, NOT even a call back after several requests and messages. Two hour waits past your appointed time is common on regular days, let alone when there is an emergency. Take a sandwich and a chair with you when you visit this office, you're going to need it. Do not try this "BUSINESS" if you value your life. Wish there was a negative star rating here.

Stay Away from this doctor!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE AND THIS DOCTOR!! my mom had heart palpitations they were rude when we walked in his hispanic assistant lost my moms heart machine the ladies who could not speak English in the front were on their phones and rude to the elderly patients. Made my mom who came there from the urgent care see the Dr 1hr and 30 min later. Lucy and the rest of the staff are a disgrace to humanity and the hispanic girl which I don't know her name is arrogant rude and needs to be fired. Balian who I will not call DR because he is not worthy of that titel spent 5 min with my mom and with his foot half out the door. Patients are coming for HEART issues not to deal with rude and disrespectful staff and doctor. Balian needs to have his license looked over and the office needs to be closed. I walked out fearing my mothers health and took her to a real Doctor at Providence Saint Joseph.
