Beware of Four Seasons. Asked about vaccinations and they sent me a shaming letter because they did not agree with my approach. "Harry Miller" was a name on the letter, so he receives responsibility. There will be no free pass for talking to people the way they do.

My advice: stay away from four seasons pediatrics based on my experience below: 1. The front desk staffs (especially lady Yvonne Gress) have been very rude to us every time we visit. My asian friends feedback the same thing. I guess it is due to our English accent or the lady simply hates Asians. 2. There was no email or phone reminder for an appointment. 3. We were charged 50 dollar no-show fee even when my wife was on-time for the appointment. We are told she is late. But there is a big gap between being late and no show. They simply charged you even you argued about it and there is no hard evidence of that my wife was late as there was no CCTV. 4. My son once got swollen side of neck. We were there twice but got no conclusion. One doctor even said that there could be stone falling into my son's mouth, which sounded really ridiculous to us. 5. We had decided to change pediatrics for my son and my daughter. Funny thing is that the clinic sent out a letter kicking us out. … It is the first time for me to see doctors treating patients like this. Again, stay away from this clinic, especially when you have English accent.

Dr. Miller was my first daughter's pediatrician from day 1 until we moved to California. We have since had a second baby and several pediatricians later, we have yet to find anyone of his caliber on every level, even here in Silicon Valley. He is caring, approacheable, patient and seemed to be able to read babies' and parents' minds! He was extremely knowledgeable and just plain amazing. I wish sometimes that we were back in Clifton Park just so my kids could see him!
