Dr. Harvey David Schwartz, MD

This was a very frustrating experience, I was a new patient and Dr. Schwartz explained everything that was going to be done during the EEG and I waited a long time for both of my appointments patiently. The day of my EEG the nurse technician was braking rules of HIPPA during my test by speaking about other patients information in front of me on the phone, had a computer screen with everyone's information on it, during my test. She had an attitude, she never explained what she was going to do, nor did she say when she was going to start the EEG and she did not do anything the Doctor had explained; it was a waste of my time. The office is very disorganized and I spoke with a manager who said would call me back rescheduling my appointment to a sooner date and never did. I had to cancel my last appointment for my results which was going to be via zoom because the doctor was unavailable and last minute they told me they needed another referral after I've been waiting for two months for this… appointment. I e-mailed the doctor through the patient portal and never got an answer back. This is what happens when doctors work for an office that doesn't care about their patients, unfortunately they loose new patients, business by breaking HIPPA rules, regulations and truly ignore the health of their patients.

He is a brilliant outstanding doctor. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Schwartz has been caring for me since I was in the hospital recovering from a stroke. He's a very attentive and most compassionate Dr. He’ll go beyond listening to me of my complaint by adding his diagnosis and the pain and suffering that I'm going through.

Dr. Schwartz was first my Dad's neurologist; and oversaw his care as Dad battled and ultimately succomed to Lou Gehrig's Disease. His professionalism is surpassed only by his compassion. I have now been going to him for at least ten years.

He generally runs on time and while it can be difficult to get through to the office at times, I always get a return call back when I leave a message. Very satisfied.
