Taking care of me for almost 20 years. I have seen 2 other ENT doctors for my sinuses when he was traveling or backed up and they wasted my time. Very intelligent and focused and figures out the right treatment for me time after time! I trust him!

Very nice and outstanding specialist. A doctor's doctor. Best of the best technically according to the nurses who assisted him during my wife's surgery.

Excellent and nice doctor. Was able to diagnose my sinus problem from the first visit after I had been to many other ENTs who gave me the run around. At first I was doubtful because he came up with the diagnosis quickly. But sure enough my symptoms are all cleared 2 weeks after my sinus surgery. And he did not even use a packing on my surgery so I was able to breathe through my nose from the 1st day. Nice staff too!

DO NOT GO HERE!! Warning! Never in my life have I been more mistreated at a specialist office in my life.. I went for 2 more consults and thankfully I did! They wanted to put me under to do a procedure that isn’t even necessary. Not only do you wait 45 minutes each visit before seeing the Dr for only 5 minutes they then bill you $300 a visit for not figuring out the truth. The office manager Heather is the most rude person I have EVER dealt with. How she has a job is very questionably kind of like how they bill and treat you. Would not recommend to my worst enemy and I will be bringing this up with the board at UH.

He is fine, but the two young ladies that work the front office in Ravenna seem to be 'too good' to work there. The one that does the billing is very arrogant despite making mistakes with the billing. The only advice to the doctor is to REPLACE the current office staff, and hire caring, mature, and responsible office staff who actually ENJOY serving the patients!

Had to wait for 45 minutes. He spent 5 minutes with me, did not listen to a word I was saying because he was too busy running out the door to answer his phone that was ringing very loudly. Not impressed with his bedside manner!

Very busy but listens carefully and knows his stuff. Cleared my sinus headache after multiple other doctors were unable to diagnose me correctly. Pleasant office staff.

I went to Dr. Abbass some time ago for a thyroid problem and thought he was the most caring Dr. I have ever gone to. I highly recommend him!!!
