Dr. Hearther Asneth Daley, MD

This was my 1st appt. to see Dr. Daley. I was assured when making my appt. over the phone that i would be seen by the Dr. I waited 4 hours and was then told the wait would be longer due to Dr. Daley having to see other patients and then having to go to lunch at 4:30 p.m.!!! During my wait in the hallway the Dr. spoke to a gentleman about a patient having breast cancer with no insurance. The nurse triage area was worse all these personal questions are asked with the door wide open so everyone could hear your personal information. What happened to patient confidentiality! I did not want to be seen any longer by this doctor and left.

I went to Dr Daley when I got pregnant from my son. I loved the way she cared for me and took care of my problems. Dr Ana Paez is wonderful and caring. Both of them are amazing doctors. I would definitely go back to them if I get pregnant again. :D

I went to Dr. Daly on the recommendation of a friend. At my first appointment I waited 4 hours to be seen. I should have taken that as a sign to RUN. But, I was new in town and liked her personality. I really trusted that although I waited an overwhelming amount of time that she was a great doctor who had my best interests in mind. Even if she was the best doctor around, I still should have listened to my instincts. I always waited 2-3 hours in the waiting room. Being in the "valley" I was told that "valley time" was normal. It was more than frustrating. I would make the very first appointment of the day and would still wait 30 minutes-1 hour to be seen. I only saw her 3 times before I delivered and she wasn't even the doctor who delivered my baby. I also did not see her postpartum. Her PA, Anna, was AMAZING! My husband and I kept wanting her to deliver our baby. We saw Anna most of the time. If we had stayed in McAllen I would have changed doctors. Having had a 2nd… baby, I now realize that doctors CAN be on time, DO see their patients at EVERY visit, and are actually present at the delivery because they didn't schedule a vacation up until the due date.

Very rude!!!
