Dr. Downes is a good listener, offers suggestions when asked. Office is relaxed and friendly. No pressure to purchase anything or services.

We had taken our son to see Dr. Downes for a blemish on his skin. At 5 you can imagine his fear of Dr.'s. However, his fear was quickly over come with Dr. Downes comforting manner and quick resolution. He laughs today about the fear, but moreover sees that all is resolved.
