Dr. Heather A De Soler, PsyD

If I could give this doctor 0 stars, I would. Dr. Heather De Solar is rude, impatient, and unprofessional. She rarely returns calls and prefers texting instead. When she does communicate, her messages come across as abrupt and disrespectful. During appointments, she seems flustered and rushes through visits without taking the time to properly listen or address concerns. I left feeling dismissed and frustrated after my experience.

Uses texts instead of returning phone calls. Lists a Tempe office but says she is "no longer affiliated" with it and runs appointments out of her apartment. After a few sessions, she presented a report that was a mangled mess of copied and pasted paragraphs and half sentences that made absolutely no sense and did not provide information on mymy circumstances. She even once had me take a multiple choice diagnostic exam in the apartment hall while she saw another patient. If I didn't happen to have my earbuds to listen to some music, I'd have heard the entire session.
