Dr. Heather Dianne Hartzell, MD

My entire family sees Dr. Hartzell and could not be more grateful to have found such an exceptional physician. From the moment you walk into the office, you feel genuinely cared for. Dr. Hartzell takes time to listen, explains everything clearly, and never makes you feel rushed. It is rare to find a Dr. who combines such deep medical expertise with such warmth and compassion.

I would not recommend this doctor. She may be a good eye doctor (i'll never return to find out), but she has absolutely poor customer relations skills. She is quite rude. Additionally, she does not have any office staff, which means, if you arrive early to complete paperwork and she is busy with another patient, you don't get to fill out your paperwork and she will rush you because as she will let you know, she has other patients to see. She doesn't make you feel like she is there for you.

Compassionate and caring. Dr. Hartzell goes above and beyond to help her patience.

Both me and my children have been seen by Dr. Hartzell. She is an asset to her profession.

Dr. Hartzell is a breath of fresh air in the medical field for someone that has a challenging schedule and demands accurate diagnoses with little fuss. She has always accommodated my last minute requests for appts and flexes her hours to make it work. I am confident in her medical abilities - I have learned more from her than any other Opthamologist I have seen. I hightly recommend her.

Dr. Hartzell is very knowledgeable and courteous. We have been very happy using her services.

Dr. Hartzell answers her own phone andsees you at the door. She is courteous and highly skilled and has excellent training. Highly recommend her as a doctor.
