They don’t pick up the phone

I requested an appointment a week prior to the availability date provided to myself. There was an email sent the following day to allow me to be aware of the request. I received a phone call from the receptionist to confirm the appointment but I could not answer at the time. I returned the call within the hour and confirmed my appointment with a different receptionist. I then arrived on my appointment date and the lady at the front desk advised I did not have an appointment on this day and that they called me twice to confirm, which In fact they did not. She stated that the only other person who would have confirmed an appointment would have been herself. So not only did she lie to my face, she also did not put my name in the appointment calendar. I do not recommend this doctor's office due to the lack of incompetent employees. Hector Fabregas was a wonderful doctor and very kind though. So if you'd like to see him just be aware that you're going to show up to the office and not have… an appointment scheduled.

My experience with Dr. Fábregas was terrible. He keeps canceling my appointments and never send me the results of my laboratory so I don’t know my health condition. This is very concerning. Silvia Vázquez

Dr Lopez & Luna are both very compassionate doctors that really care about there patients. Camilla is also very helpful they make scheduling appointment very efficiently, i would recommend this doctor office to anyone who needs any type of medical care, they will make sure you feel better because they really care about the well being of there patients here.

Dr. Fabregas, Dr. Luna, Dr Lopez and the rest of the medical staff are outstanding, they helped saved me and wife’s life, they go above and beyond for there patients, they really want to see them heal and feel better, Fantastic treatment from everyone I spoke to all around, I would recommend this practice to anyone who has any medical needs.

I know doctor Fabrigas sense 2010 , he his Professional accurate and make you feel your the most important person he doesn't rush you , when you leave your mind is clear and everything is been done right.

Everything happens for a reason.... As upset as I was when I left this office, this is what I have to keep telling myself. I called this Dr. office to book an appointment. I advised the office which insurance I had, confirmed if they accepted my insurance and then to be extra safe, I called my insurance to verify that this Dr. works with my insurance. Everything seemed, fine. I then receive a confirmation a week prior to my appointment, I confirmed. I receive another confirmation text the day before my appointment, I confirmed. I receive a reminder via text about my appointment the day of. Finally, I get to the front desk to check in, and the receptionist tells me, that they do not take my group on the insurance. Very kindly, I tell her that I called twice to make sure they did and I confirmed with my insurance, she proceeds to tell me that the person who reviews the insurance coverage in their office, put a note on my appointment stating that my insurance wont cover due to the group… I have. I found it so unprofessional from the office itself to not provide a courtesy call. Why send me two confirmations and a reminder when they had this "note" on their system? Why didn't the employee who verifies insurance coverage call in advance to advise of the situation or have the receptionist call? It is understanding that they don't take my insurance, I am not upset about that, I am upset at how unprofessional the office handled this and very inconsiderable on their behalf. Patients have jobs, have a life, and have to request time off from work. I am glad I was not seen by this office, because if this is how they treat their patients as a "first time" visit. I cant imagine their lack of professionalism on their daily duties.

Recently, I went to the office in Taft st. to check my thyroid and heart palpitations where one of the (lady) assistant humiliated me to the highest lever in front of others in the doctors office just because of a doctor bill I had not paid. Instead of being concern about my well being she was all concern about a doctor bill. I don't understand, how could she be so rude and why the Billing Personal did not call me herself private inside her office to discuss about the bill but instead of this happening I got insulted. I'm a senior citizen, she is lucky I don't go beyond with this matter. She has no knowledge of customer services and it's not a good reputation for the medical office. I highly suggest for the company to re-value customer services assessments to all employees. The doctors are great but the office assistants in Taft st. they all need training in customer services

It's ridiculous, I told this man I wanted to get pregnant, he took all the tests and then had the audacity to prescribe me medications that were not safe for pregnancy! Not only that, every time I call there is a 30 minute wait, you get hung up on ALL the time by the staff and after he got all of his tests (and money) he rushed all of the follow-up appointments. It didn't end there! When I asked him how to help my blood pressure his only response was "It's a matter of diet and lifestyle change!" ..Well why didn't I think of that? I simply asked him to elaborate.. and instead he changed the subject and gave me a prescription for ANOTHER medication not safe for my baby. I'm not going back. This man is not happy with his line of work and his entire staff also seems burnt out. This is the last time I get put on hold for 20 minutes, hung up on, then hung up on twice when I call back. Ridiculous and unprofessional.

Dr Fabregas and his staff are an excellent choice for any patient who is looking for a PCP and a professional office. They are very efficient and knowledgeable.
