Dr. Hector Patino, PsyD

Dr. Hector Patino earned his Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, specializing in neuropsychology, from an American Psychological Association (APA) accredited program at Albizu University in Miami, Florida. His training emphasized the multicultural implications of mental health, relationships, and identity, equipping him with a comprehensive understanding of diverse psychological needs. Following his doctoral studies, he completed an APA-accredited clinical internship at Nassau University Medical Center (NUMC) in East Meadow, New York, where he gained valuable experience in psychodynamic treatment and psychoanalytic conceptualization.After his internship, Dr. Patino pursued a post-doctoral fellowship at the University of Central Florida (UCF) Center for Counseling and Psychological Services. In this role, he provided psychotherapy and crisis intervention to students transitioning into adulthood.
