Dr. Heidi Lee Miller, DO

Horrible doctor. She yelled at me for asking too many questions and got so upset when I explained that I was trying to keep options open and had another appointment with OBGYN. She refused to talk to me and when she did, she was very belittling. Don’t waste your time going to her or let her make you feel less than what you are. I’ve never experienced someone so horrible like her.

This has been the worst health provider I have ever met. She is completely clueless and didn’t care to inform me about possible options, didn’t even care to explain side effects of a medication with me. She simply stated “you know it’s a medication” She spent no longer than 5 minutes “helping” me. I am completely disappointed that someone would chose a career like this with that kind of attitude and lack of information. Don’t waste your time on her, find someone respectful and knowledgeable.

This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a health professional. I wouldn’t even call her a professional. Careless attitude, didn’t care to inform me and didn’t have any answers when asked a question. I asked to know the side effects of a medication and the down sides of it and she mentioned two and then said “and you know it’s a medication” completely clueless. I am upset that she wasted my time if I knew she was going to give me this poor quality I wouldn’t have bothered. Save your time and look for someone knowledgeable and respectful.

I found out I was pregnant and made an appointment with Dr Miller as a new nervous patient. I had previously had a misscarage. When looking for a new Dr I wanted some one to start my first prenatal visit early since I was concerned. the scheduler said no problem. the nurse was friendly, she had me leave urine sample. The dr comes and and tells me your probably going to be upset but it is the policy of clinic to have a confirmed pregnancy test then schedule the first prenatal. I said what do you mean they said it was for today? You just took the test what did it say? She said it was positive but we have to have it confirmed first. If you have it confirmed from another drs office then we can see it? This makes absolutely no sence!!! She says again your upset. I said yes I'm upset, I'm worried about a misscarage because I'm cramping, and your not going to do anything. The dr then says" you didn't tell me that." She never asked how I was feeling once!!!! I said I told the nurse who just… asked me and wrote it in the computer. Then she said you seem upset I yjink maybe you should mAke an appointment with another dr, if you want you can complain with the clinics supervisor about the policy. What kind of Dr doesn't even ask me how I'm feeling even after I told her I previously had a miscarriage? Horrible person and Dr. It was the worst experience I've ever had!!
