Dr. Helen Cheung, MD

She does rush a little but she is knowledgable and will answer any questions.

Dr. Helen Cheung is very attentive and easy to speak to. She follows up any on-call phone calls that you make to the office. She listens to your questions and answers them directly. She also will let you know about your options on any given choice or situation. She is a great pediatrician for my daughter. Her office assistants are horrible. They are rude and they don't understand the questions you are asking. They are quick to cut you off. I've been hung up on 4 times because they didn't want to deal with me or my questions. They will tell you anything to get you off the phone and they will not admit to having told you something if you bring it up at your appointment date. I have to call a few times to get verification of anything. They only thing that intimidates them is if you storm into the office and raise your voice. Then your problem will be solved. These admin really do not do any justice to this doctor. I wish Dr. Cheung would get adequate office help to make her… practice as good as she. Or leave this practice to join a better group. I'd definitely follow her.
