i had appointment month ahead,got there 45 minutes sooner to fill paperwork, called me in one hour after my appointment time,took me in small room(5x8)ft,with examine chair waited 35 minutes(i felt like criminal awaiting in execution room)terrified and bail out without Dr visiting me,in main waiting room stsff talking laud an phone calls were on speaker all time.

I brought brought my 8 year old daughter in for evaluation. Despite the appt being set 2 months prior, they did not have her on the list of patients for the day. We had to wait an hour and 45 mins to get back into a room. I felt a little rushed by the dr and left with my questions unanswered. His medical assistant was awesome and listened to my concerns however the lady at the front desk could work on her people skills as she was not friendly and full of attitude.
