Seems a bit bored or burnt out. Keeps you waiting a long time and doesn't have the courtesy to offer an apology. Well-suited to the state of impersonal medicine tese days. Not recommended.

Dr. Moon has been my doctor for almost twenty years. He is truly the most kind' compassionate doctor I have ever known. His gentle manner and patience certainly make him what I think every doctor should be; he is a true friend to his patients.

Our overall experience with Dr. Moon is excellent. He takes what time is needed on each of our visit. He has also referred us to excellent specialists when required. As for refills, they request a min of 48 hours to refill and I normally do at least 4 days in case he is out of the office. My only concern is a delay in notifying on results of tests, scans, etc. but that is with most doctors today. I would recommend Dr. Moon as a family physician.

Staff not good on prescription refills. Both myself and my husband have left messages for prescription refills that have gone completely ignored. My pharmacy even has not had phone calls returned. Staff also sent incorrect insurance information to lab, causing myself additional time to correct.

Dr. Moon is quick and pleasant enough. I don't feel completely confident in his diagnoses all the time, and he doesn't wash his hands before, during, or after examinations. His staff does not always seem competent.
