Had a vasectomy done in Oct 2020. Everything went fantastic. I would highly recommend Dr. User and his staff to anyone that has HMO and wants to get this procedure done.

Non caring , Irrogant, demeaning and Doesn’t Care, HAVE HORRIBLE SIDE AFFECT, & Tells PATIENTS TO GO URGENT CARE. I’d NEVER SEE HIM NOR REFER HIM , Professionals Critical Care RN .

My mother had scheduled an outpatient surgery for few procedures from this "Dr" on her left kidney. After surgery he came and stated he removed the stint, but did not need to replace it like he first thought, and the stones she had were no longer there. less than 12 hours later she was rushed back to the hospital. Then after a bunch of tests, found she still had the stones, a blood infection, and now needed a tube in her kidney because the stint was not replaced. Yea, DO NOT TRUST him to operate on anyone.

Arrogant and pompous. Very cold in his manner. ZERO bedside manner. Cannot wait to leave as soon as he comes into office. Would be better in a lab somewhere, where he had no contact with people! If you are diagnosed with cancer by him and he prescribes treatment, say NO and seek a second opinion. Your life WILL depend on it

While this Dr. seemed nice enough, he just didn't seemed like he had time for me. He was in a hurry for some reason and I was rushed to get my questions answered.

very good dr. brought wife in with urinary issues. dr. was htorough and helped us in just one visit

The worst doctor to go to. He didn't like to listen to the patients. I don't totally advice to go to.
