Very friendly staff, dr.Watkins listened to my concerns. First doctor that didn't make me feel like a number. I would definitely trust doctor watkins and I will recommend them to a family or a friend.

Dr Watkins took great care in ensuring my comfort during the procedure, checking in with me and keeping me both distracted for my nerves and informed about what was going on. If I could give 6 stars, I would!

I have been extremely impressed with the quality of care and explanations of the process that were preformed. Dr. Watkins took the time to explain them in detail to myself and my family.

I had trouble with my insurance. They dropped my long standing referral and didn’t inform me. I had called the office Friday afternoon leaving a message I needed the new referral but they didn’t respond. Because it was 15 min passed my appointment the office staff said I would have to resecule I had the foley too long and I wanted it out. They got on the ball and sent the referral but Dr Watkins fax was busy after two times they exchanged the case number and the staff finally took care of me and took the foley out

Office staff friendly and efficient. Dr. Watkins was extremely informative. He listened attentively to my long journey and I felt my care was personalized to my conditions. I am extremely optimistic in a future in his care.
